Yes. We accept purchase orders from US practices, hospitals, universities and labs.

• Payee: please make the PO out to GloMed Scientific, Inc., 12601 N Cave Creek Rd, Ste 101, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
• Terms: net 30. For a first order, we ask for payment in advance.
• Send your PO to [email protected] with your company name, shipping and billing addresses, product numbers and quantities.
• W-9 and vendor forms: email [email protected] and we'll return them within one business day.

Online discounts do not apply to purchase orders. Ordering on accuspire.com is the fastest way and gets current online discounts.
