Returns

You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and in their original packaging. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return, email [email protected] or call (623) 233-0195 with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll email you a prepaid return label (yes, we pay for return shipping).

1. Box up the items in their original packaging and write your order number on the box. Remove any old shipping labels.
2. Print the return label and tape it to the package so the bar code is clearly visible.
3. Drop it off at the carrier or schedule a pickup.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days.

Order cancellation

If your order hasn't shipped, contact us and we'll cancel it and refund your original payment, usually within 3–5 business days. If it has already shipped, you can refuse the package at delivery, or once it's delivered, send us your order number and we'll email a return label. We refund the order once it's back with us.
